Patriot Members & Associate Members of Chapter 1513 The Cowboy Chapter of the MILITARY ORDER OF THE PURPLE HEART has limited tickets to attend The Armed Forces Kickoff Luncheon to be held at the Fort Worth Omni. We are limited to 10 total tickets. You must be a Purple Heart Member to attend. Limited to 1 ticket per recipient. Tickets for the Kickoff Luncheon normally cost $55.00, but the lunch is free to those Purple Heart recipients who pre-register here. First come, first serve. Do not sign up if you will not attend. Must be pre-registered here!
